Pintura Ghost License

These License Terms apply to the use of Pintura Ghost solely for integration with the Ghost CMS admin interface to enable image editing. By using the Software, you agree to these terms, and to the general terms and conditions of Pintura Labs which apply to the Agreement, including to the (use of the) Software, available for download and print at pqina.nl/pintura/terms;

1. License Grant

Pintura Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Pintura solely within the Ghost CMS admin interface for image editing. This license is valid only for use with Ghost CMS and does not permit use of the Software with any other platform, service, or integration. This license does not permit any use of the Software for software development, distribution, or any purpose outside of Ghost CMS integration for image editing.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  1. Use the Software for any purpose other than integration with the Ghost CMS admin interface for image editing.
  2. Use the Software on more than one Ghost installation or for use on more than one domain.
  3. Modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Software.
  4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as permitted by applicable law.
  5. Enable the use of the Software for any other application or system.

3. Updates & Support

Pintura Labs may, at its discretion, provide updates or bug fixes for the Software. This license does not entitle the Customer to ongoing support, maintenance, or feature updates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with Pintura Labs. No ownership rights are transferred under this license.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Pintura Labs is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software. Pintura Labs does not warrant the continued availability, compatibility, or functionality of the integration with Ghost CMS. If Ghost CMS modifies or discontinues its integration with Pintura, this shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement, and Pintura Labs shall have no obligation to provide a refund, replacement, or alternative solution. The Customer acknowledges that the use of Pintura within Ghost CMS is at the Customer's own risk.

6. Termination

Pintura Labs reserves the right to terminate this license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
